The Australian Knowledge Management Group provides management consulting services to assist organisations accelerate improvement in their overall performance.
The principals of AKM Group are able to draw upon their combined experience over many years in applying globally recognised concepts of Performance Excellence and practical methods that can be easily applied to achieve sustained levels of excellence.
AKM Group has consulted across a wide range of industry sectors and has specialised in some of these sectors during the past five years. These include Natural Resource Management, Vocational Education and Training and Higher Education.
In the Natural Resource Management Sector, AKM Group has established a substantial experience base by having worked with a number of State Government departments and Regional Bodies in the sector.
Through a process of extensive consultation with people in the sector, AKM Group developed the “Performance Excellence Guide for Regional Natural Resource Organisations” which is now widely recognised as the principal frame of reference against which overall performance of Regional NRM Bodies can be assessed.
At the end of 2008, AKM Group had conducted assessments of some 16 Regional NRM Organisations which now provides a substantial data base for identifying outstanding management practices across the sector and provides a valuable source of reference for benchmarking.

Services include normal administrative overheads, such as typing,
phone usage within Australia, facsimile and accounting costs.
Courier and postal costs outside of letter post; computer media and consumables required by client plus travel and accommodation, and any specialist conditions will be negotiated at time of agreement.
