Vocational Education and Training
During the past three years, AKM Group has had a lead consulting role in the development of a “Performance Excellence Framework” for the Australian Vocational Education and Training sector. The development of this framework and related organisational evaluation and recognition process is part of a COAG resolution to achieve world class performance across the Australian VET sector.AKMGroup's involvement in this sector has included the development of:
- a customised Performance Excellence Framework,
- an evaluation and recognition process, and
- support guides and manuals,
- and conduct of evaluator training,
- and the conduct of a national trial in 2008.
